You are activating a property in a country that is not verified; therefore, you will need to upload a picture of your location.

  1. Choose any room in your house and turn all the lights on.
  2. Write your full name in capital letters (as it appears on your FLFE account) on a white A4 paper using a black marker.
  3. Attach the paper to a wall in the room.
  4. Take a photo that includes:
    • As much of the room as possible.
    • The paper with your name clearly visible.
    • At least 2 pieces of furniture or artwork.
    • Part of the floor.
  5. Ensure the photo is in focus and your name is easy to read.
  6. Photo file size should be 1-9 MB (preferably 2-9 MB).
  7. For the next 72 hours make NO major changes. These include:
    • Moving large furniture to different areas
    • Relocating or removing wall art
    • Painting walls
    • Significant renovations
  8. Minor changes (allowed anytime):
    • Moving small items like chairs
    • Adjusting daily-use objects
  9. After 72 hours, any changes are permitted.
  10. Do not:
    • Include yourself or pets in the photo.
    • Take pictures of blank walls.

No refunds are given on monthly subscriptions.  Refunds are given on 6-month and annual subscriptions and if you would like to cancel your subscription, please contact the FLFE office.  If you cancel you will forfeit the discount you received and there is a $60 admin fee.  For example, if you cancel your subscription during the 4th month of a 6-month or annual subscription, your refund will be the amount you paid less 4 months x the standard monthly price less the $60 admin fee.
